Through a rural community and academic medicine partnership we will address disparities around rural/frontier access to mental health care. This will be accomplished by leveraging prior experience with Community Health Workers to screen and link those with mental health needs to available resources. By addressing barriers of stigma, isolation and mistrust we will improve mental healthcare access. This will be coupled with rigorous analysis of data to inform ongoing learning and improvements.
